*We will answer your questions on any number of properties you own or are considering purchasing within the Brisbane City Council area. We provide answers informally over the phone or via email. We do not physically inspect a site or attend meetings. In order for us to research a property you need to provide an address, where possible a price, and to have confirmed the status of the property with the agent if it is a property that is on the market. This service does not necessarily replace the need for other property professionals such as civil engineers and town planners, but should however, provide some clarity over who you need to be talking with prior to committing to any purchase.
