Our Privacy Policy

Investigate Property uses internet technology to facilitate online ordering and to communicate marketing and educational messages to  Investigate Property's Community. Any private information that is collected to enable this is respected by us.

You will be automatically subscribed to  Investigate Property's Community when you enter a competition, request information or register. Community members will receive marketing and informative emails from Investigate Property on an ongoing basis. With any email communication there will be an option for you to unsubscribe to any further emails.

We may share information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with third parties that are involved in the processing of an order. For example, the bank that issued your credit card or the courier that delivers your order.

We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any other third party without your permission.

Our web server log files do capture IP addresses. We may use your IP to diagnose problems with our server and to track web usage. This information is used internally and is not shared with anyone else.

A cookie is a small amount of information sent from a Web server to your computer. We use cookies when someone logs into our site to maintain that log in and to enable online ordering. We do not use cookies to track your Internet activity before or after you leave our site.

For credit card transactions, Investigate Property uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between.

Investigate Property is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites that may be linked on our site.

Investigate Property is committed to reducing the amount of fraud it faces. Our policy is that we will prosecute any cases of fraud that we identify. Any activity while you are at our site may be monitored.
