There is so much to love about this property, and we believe it has potential for a fabulous unit development and potentially fabulous numbers… but we’re not there yet and need some time. It will take hours, or possibly days to draw this up and better refine our numbers and at this point in time we don’t even know if we have a client who could undertake a project like this.
